Took our BMW's to ACI for regular maintenance.They are knowledgable and great at communicating the cost and time frame it takes for repairs. Would highly recommend ACI to others.

Josh is hands down the best VW mechanic I've dealt with, and I'm a car guy with 30+ years of both wrenching and selling parts wholesale and retail. He was able to repair the wastegate on my 2019 Alltrack for a fraction of the cost of replacing the turbo. Do I wish he was closer? Cheaper? Sure. Will I be back anyway? YES!

Once again ACI saved the day. My car was over heating after maintaining a high level of coolant. Josh and his team found a leak in one of the hoses. The parts were ordered and replaced. The car is working perfectly and I have the peace of mind that it will not be over heating any time soon. Thanks ACI for a job well done.

Being from Connecticut and having your daughter go to college in a different state is stressful. Couple that with not knowing anyone in the area and the stress level rises to the top. When my daughter's car broke down Joshua took care of my daughter as if she was his own. He made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. That kind of piece of mind is worth it's weight in gold. I cannot say enough good things about the crew at ACI.

If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd give them. The most inflated repair estimate I've seen in my over 50 years of driving. The correct price for the repair was just slightly higher than what they charged for the estimate. :( YMMV Edit: Since I can't reply to you response, I'll clarify my review for you here: What what you are calling a "diagnostic", I'm calling an estimate. Whatever we call it, you DID charge dearly for it and could not correctly name the problem part. I will get back to you after I have fixed the car myself with a more detailed response.
