If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd give them. The most inflated repair estimate I've seen in my over 50 years of driving. The correct price for the repair was just slightly higher than what they charged for the estimate. :( YMMV Edit: Since I can't reply to you response, I'll clarify my review for you here: What what you are calling a "diagnostic", I'm calling an estimate. Whatever we call it, you DID charge dearly for it and could not correctly name the problem part. I will get back to you after I have fixed the car myself with a more detailed response. Edit 2: You "diagnostic" consisted of opening the hood and identifying the source of the oil leak, which you called a block off plate, when it really was a VTEC valve filter cover. This is common problem with this engine and mileage. For this "service" you charged $135 and added in some miscellaneous charge to negate my local business discount. Your total estimate for the repair was $1600. I fixed it myself in 2 hours with a $7 part.

ACI is an outstanding operation - their web scheduling actually works, as opposed to other organizations that never follow up. They are courteous, professional and expedient. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Had a problem getting my car to start and thought it might be the fuel pump. The guys at ACI took the time to make a proper diagnosis, and they found that it was a much cheaper part in the ignition causing the issue. Saved me a lot of money! They were great about keeping me informed over the phone as well. Much appreciated 👍🏻

This shop is awesome. I was only in for a vehicle inspection, but the owner and his wife were so welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. The inspection only took a few minutes but I hung out and talked with them for several more minutes. I will absolutely be bringing all my cars to them in the future.

I’ve been going to ACI since the doors opened up. Josh is very knowledgeable and I trust his expertise. I went in today for oil change and wheel alignment. Like always, perfection. Fellas I think you guy’s should treat me to my next oil change free because there wasn’t any Liqui Moly😢. lol
